Yes. The incorporation package covers the statutory minimum requirements (two directors and one shareholder). If you wish to add additional directors or shareholders, the following fees will apply:

Additional Local Director: LKR 3,500 (per person).
Additional Local shareholder: No additinal charge
Additional Foreign Director / Shareholder: LKR 5,000 – 10,000 (per person, depending on the country of residence and supporting document requirements).

If you have already reserved your company name through your personal eROC account, the official government fee of LKR 2,760.94 remains your responsibility.

However, as part of our updated digital workflow under the E Corporate Dashboard system, our team must perform additional technical and administrative steps including ownership transfer, system synchronization, and dashboard integration to ensure your registration proceeds smoothly under our management.

Therefore, we offer a reduction of LKR 2,500 from our package total instead of the full name reservation amount. This adjustment reflects the extra legal and technical processing required to transfer your reservation into our secure workflow.
